We had a wonderful stay at hotel Antigua! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to help us arrange a tour and book our taxi to the airport, making everything so much easier and stress-free. We really appreciated how accommodating they were and how smoothly they helped us coordinate our plans. The location was also great for exploring all of the town square, and so many cute alleys with great shops, food and culture. It’s always a pleasure staying somewhere where you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antigua. We will definitely stay here again the next time we travel to Guanajuato.

Roof top deck with a 360 view of the city was wonderful to return to after a full day of sightseeing ! Staff was most helpful in booking tours, airport shuttles and best suggestions in the area. Loved the modern mexican aesthetic of the hotel !

This hotel was great - comfortable hotel, great little heated pool with seating for relaxing, room was very clean and a nice size. My two young kids had plenty of room to play, and the closet area was huge with lots of shelves. Bathroom was very nice, huge shower and hot water every time. Location was great, too, 5-minute walk from most places we wanted to go (Teatro Juarez, funicular, Hidalgo Market). We’d happily stay here again.

Amazing hotel, clean, modern with a hint of rustic feel. The rooms are very spacious. The rooftop bar had delicious drinks and amazing views. The staff was very attentative to our needs and were very helpful with any information we needed. The hotel is in a great location centered to everything in Guanajuato. I would absolutely recommend and come back to stay here.

I love the hotel. It’s exactly the kind of place I luke to stay. And it was clean. The ambience was perfect. The staff, friendly and helpful. And it was very safe. However, there were a lot of items on the menu that they did not have available to order. That would be the only negative thing I’d have to say.
