Highly recommended. The location is excellent, and the hotel has beautiful old-style character while being very clean, quiet, and safe. The breakfast is well presented and enjoyable (dine-in only); I was only able to try it once due to an early checkout, but I wish I could have had it again. Overall, a lovely hotel with friendly service.

everything was great the breakfast and staff specialty ,Martin in the buffet , Veronica cleaning our room and the bell boys taking care of our luggage .,and the front desk stuff real courtesy from them . we love our stay and we will come back again and recommend it to everybody

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. There are no A/C heater units in rooms but there is a fan and blankets avaliable upon request.

The rooms are OLD, not just the furnishings, but also the walls, bathroom fittings, everything. Our room often smelled like sewage. Location was good. Staff was ok.

The property was maintained excellent.super clean. The rooms were very nice and cleanas well. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. Our room was quiet at night.The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. One thing that i noticed is that the staff was always cleaning. The place is spotless.they wipe down the handrails etc. No detail missed. I dont think you can go wrong booking here.

Very nice hotel in beautiful Guanajuato

The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out - storing my luggage and arranging a cab. The breakfast was delicious. My only concern was the stairs in the room - rushing to get downstairs for check out, I slipped on the bottom stair in the room and fell, bruising my arm.
