The location of the hotel is good. It took a bit to find because it’s at the end of a dead end street. The good things. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant was good and staff very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. The location is handy if you want to walk and check out the theater or the university and everything around it. Things that surprised me. I’ve been to Mexico many times and I am very easy-going. But I do count on a hot shower when I pay to go to a hotel. The morning we left there was no hot water. It was freezing. The other two days, if you waited five minutes or more in the hot water came. they like to charge extra. So the hotel has a swimming pool on the roof. You would think this would be included in the price of your stay. But it’s not. They want you to pay an additional 350 pesos to use the pool. This did not sit well with me. The spa. It’s nice that they have a spa available. But the pricing is a little steep considering where you are. I chose not to participate. It’s a decent hotel and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and that’s my main concern. It was quiet and that’s important to me as well. I don’t think we’ll go back. But I don’t regret going.

La propiedad es una mezcla entre rústico y hogareño, los espacios en general son pequeños pero por el precio creo que es acorde, el hotel es muy tranquilo y esta bien ubicado para caminar al centro sin problema, el personal fue muy amable y atento, absolutamente todos, sin duda volveré.

Great location, good price.

Great location for the hotel, a few minutes walk from the downtown area. The hotel is cost efficient, and compared to the other hotels in the area, definitely worth staying as long as you don't mind the walls being a little thin.

Excellent location on a dead end street right next to Universidad de Guanajuato which allows to you be in the centre of downtown. Rooms are cozy but comfortable and the common areas are great for lounging. Definitely would stay here again.

직원들은 친절하고 조식도 멕시코식으로 맛있게 나오고 위치도 중심지에 있습니다. 다만, 가장 기본 스탠더드룸을 예약하고 갔는데 2인이 쓰기엔 너무 좁아서 추가 비용내고 업그레이드해서 4인룸으로 갔습니다. 그런데 또 4인룸 가격이면 다른 좋은 호텔이 많아서 추천드리기가 애매하네요.

Hostal agradable perfecto para visitar el centro

Su ubicación es perfecta. Puedes caminar a todos los lugares emblemáticos del centro de Guanajuato. La relación calidad-precio es buena; el lugar es sencillo, pero cómodo y limpio. Lo único que mencionaría como desventaja es que se oye mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones y que la recepción cierra a las 11:00 pm (por si se pensaba visitar algunas cosas de noche) aunque el casero no tiene problema en abrirte más tarde. En resumen, es una buena opción.
