The property has tremendous potential but the rooms need complete refurbishing. The lingering odor of sewage in the bathroom, the shower head is terrible. Screens are ripped. AC barely functional. One outlet for the entire room. Exposed wires limited breakfast no dinner option. Hard to find service at night

The outside of the property is amazing but the customer service at night is bad, they dont fix anything wrong with the room's, we had spiderwebs in are drawers, no hot water, blood stain on the sheets, asked to get changed from rooms and got told no, couldn't get my money back so had to put up for this place for the 2 nights. They should really try too fixs there showers and toilets or just overall update everything!!!

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. First off, the rooms are very dingy, they could use a lot of updating, which I think can be done without losing the integrity of the castle. The towels and bed sheets were stained and old. The bathroom sink and toilet kept backing up. There was no AC in our room. When I asked why the wifi wasn’t working, I was told by the receptionist that the internet doesn’t work in the bedrooms - not sure why that is?? And to top it off, the dining room tablecloths were very dirty as well. When I was given our bill for our breakfast, we were overcharged (not sure if intentional or not), so make sure you double check your bill if you do eat there.

La ubicación del hotel lejos del centro la hace una opcion muy silenciosa y tranquila. La habitación tiene grandes areas de oportunidad en cuanto a mantenimiento: 1) Cortinas mal puestas y no todas las ventanas con blackout . 2)El olor a drenaje en el baño era insoportable.

Les falta mantenimiento en todo el hotel la habitación que nos dieron (303) olía muchísimo a caño, la regadera salía el agua por todos lados menos para donde tenía que salir lo reportamos y quedo peor, reportamos la televisión porque no podíamos ver ningún canal y el personal nunca llegó nosotros tuvimos que investigar como programar la televisión, deberían de tener un router para el Internet en cada pasillo ya que las habitaciones no cuentan con wifi solo en recepcion y áreas comunes, el personal de recepcion muy poco amable no tiene actitud de servicio en cambio el personal del restaurante muy amables y muy atentos aunque el desayuno muy limitado, las almohadas muy incómodas y debería. De darle un reconocimiento al Sr. don polo el que cuida el estacionamiento y lava los coches es una persona muy amable y ofrece recorridos al castillo y comparte sus conocimientos respecto a la historia del lugar es una persona que va a cumplir 82 años y toda su vida a vivido ahí desde que era una hacienda, por ser una persona tan atenta y servicial y que conoce toda la historia y cada rincón del lugar y lo comparte con cada Huesped que se hospeda, a ese tipo de personas deberían de otorgarles un reconocimiento ya que por el se conoce la historia completa del Lugar, mis felicitaciones a don polo
