The castle stay is an experience everyone should try at least once. I love the scenery, the staff was very nice and professional, I loved seeing all kinds of different people and tourist stopping to take pictures and interacting with guests, staying in the castle takes you back to old times and how people used to live.

The property has tremendous potential but the rooms need complete refurbishing. The lingering odor of sewage in the bathroom, the shower head is terrible. Screens are ripped. AC barely functional. One outlet for the entire room. Exposed wires limited breakfast no dinner option. Hard to find service at night

The outside of the property is amazing but the customer service at night is bad, they dont fix anything wrong with the room's, we had spiderwebs in are drawers, no hot water, blood stain on the sheets, asked to get changed from rooms and got told no, couldn't get my money back so had to put up for this place for the 2 nights. They should really try too fixs there showers and toilets or just overall update everything!!!

The property from the OUTSIDE is amazing! Beautiful to say the least, as soon as we arrived inside the room. Smelled like mold, the towels were not white.. they were almost gray of how old and stained they were. The bed sheets were not laundered, the floor hadn’t been swept for days if that. Very poor conditions on the inside of the building. The walls are stained to say the least! Horrible experience! I would spend my money at another hotel and not here. I been to more rural areas with better hotels than this. Dissatisfied!

We had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. First off, the rooms are very dingy, they could use a lot of updating, which I think can be done without losing the integrity of the castle. The towels and bed sheets were stained and old. The bathroom sink and toilet kept backing up. There was no AC in our room. When I asked why the wifi wasn’t working, I was told by the receptionist that the internet doesn’t work in the bedrooms - not sure why that is?? And to top it off, the dining room tablecloths were very dirty as well. When I was given our bill for our breakfast, we were overcharged (not sure if intentional or not), so make sure you double check your bill if you do eat there.

Nos hospedamos en este alojamiento dado que fuimos a una boda que se celebró en el mismo sitio, sin embargo la instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, a pesar de que el exterior luce llamativo y diferente, las habitaciones son muy viejas, tienen muebles muy deteriorados. En el baño NUNCA NUNCA salió agua caliente, no había nadie que nos apoyara con eso. El día del evento, a pesar de que se aclaró que el edificio era únicamente para la boda. Mientras los encontrábamos en loa canapés previos a la fiesta, fuimos CORRIDOS por parte de una organizadora de eventos de OTRO evento del cual nunca se le informó a los novios. Si están pensando hacer su evento en este lugar, recomiendo no hacerlo o que les aclaren y firmen todas las condiciones que se inició se proponen No recomiendo este lugar ni para hospedarse ni para eventos. Personal de recepción fataaaal! Muy poco amable y 0 empatico. Ya había visto malas reseñas de este lugar, sin embargo, dado que íbamos a un evento en este lugar, decidimos que era la mejor opción, pero hubiera preferido un Airbnb a quedarme aquí
