Exceptionally nice hotel and staff for the price. Not a short walk to the Jardín de la Unión (central plaza), but the walk does take you past the best street food in Guanajuato, and the Mercado Hidalgo.

The lady at front desk rude, mean & cold. Please put her away from people. You need a friendly, smoky, helpful front desk assistant. Front desk is the face of your business. Bathroom towels sand paper perfect for aligator skin. I requested one big bed & got 2 small ones. Amazing gentlemen’s chest. Spacious room.

Keep in mind there is no air conditioning and if windows are open there is noise from the busy street. We thought there was parking on site as advertised but it’s 3-4 blocks away. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. For the price the stay was fine.

NO PARKING AVAILABLE!!!

It is a cute hotel and the service was friendly. The room and cleanliness was acceptable. The only issue I had was the listing says there is parking available. This is incorrect, and the clerk only recommended the closes spot to park which was full. I couldn't find any overnight parking garages, so I had to pay a ticket the next morning for parking over the one hour limit for street parking :(
