"Nice hotel. Very good location in the city. The male receptionists are very polite and helpful. We checked in on 15/07/2024 around 7pm and the female receptionist was rude and not helpful. We told her that our room safe box was not working and her answer was that a lot of customers were having problems with the room safe so she told us to not use it. "My room was like a small loft apartment.
Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful.
The pool and fitness facilities were good.
The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food.
Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty.
The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything."
