"Upon check in I was given room 117, the room did NOT have a door Lock just a sliding chain door guard. The neighboring hotel had LOUD guests and music blasting with dunk men talking extremely loud throughout the night. I requested a room change and was informed that there was no more rooms available. ..."

"The toilet on the first room we got was not clean. They gave us a second room which had a terrible smell. The third one was ok but the mattress was hard as stone, on the breakfast we heard others complaining about the mattress as well."
