Superior apartment, spacious and elegant, overlooking the pool from an elevated position. The apartment consists of a double bedroom with its own bathroom and hallway closed by a door, a double room with 2 single beds, a single room with a 120 cm bed, a second bathroom and an elegant living room with kitchen at sight. The furniture is very nice and the coordinated fabrics are different for each room. The bed linen was commissioned by a Florentine craftsman. Pool towels are also provided.

Outside there is a private area with lounge and dining area covered by a large umbrella and surrounded by colorful flowering oleanders. From the external area you can enjoy a wonderful view of the medieval city of Gubbio which is only about 5 km away. The beautiful pool is available to guests and never too crowded. The environment is quiet, dedicated to relaxation and tranquility. The property is surrounded by a large garden full of colorful and cheerful flowers, perfumes and large romantic trees that give shade and in summer help to keep the temperatures down.

It is a place of rare beauty, cared for with love and dedicated to those who, although they are in the countryside, do not wish to give up a bit of refinement and comfort.
