"We stayed 1 night at the Basecamp with our 3 young daughters and had an absolutely amazing experience. Lesile was amazing and so welcoming; she will go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make sure you get everything you need. The place is peaceful, the view is stunning, and the breakfast was amazing. We were not sure if the tents would be a good fit for our girls, but they loved it. Can't wait to be back."

"The Silver Ridge Lodge may not look like much when you first pull in, don't let that fool you. My room (the whole place) was updated, very comfortable and clean. I had a king bed room and there was even a rocking chair in addition to a desk and chair, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are two hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) and a sauna. The hot tub was nice and hot, as was the sauna. Both were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, Thank you CeCe. And the young woman in the breakfast area was quick to keep things stocked and tables clean. Breakfast was hardy with both waffles and pancakes available, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and more. They even had fresh blueberries. Best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Silver Ridge Lodge."

"Clean room comfortable beds. I think the handyman has their hands busy with this place. Very aged so little things here and there but they keep the essentials running and to my notice of a problem seriously. The one warning to travelers is all rooms appear to allow smoking directly outside the doors and have ashtray at each door. Because of this when the wind is right the AC can bring the second hand smoke into the room. Not majorly but I know some people have allergies to secondhand smoke. So if that is you I’d recommend elsewhere."
