1. Terrible bathroom - ridiculous design and unsafe, plus the shower controls were awful.
2. No 110v power - the hotel provided a transformer which gave me an electric shock.
3. No elevator
4. The summing pool area was unusable as the floor was being replaced - ok I get that / but no notice given beforehand or discount offered
5. Dinner was very average at best
This hotel is exclusive and expensive - it should have been better

No rooftop no pool.....on copacabana beach....the lobby have a feel of 60s opulence which was exciting..breakfast was great...our bathroom had a leak from the top and they kept saying they have no other rooms until they finally moved us. Next day we had a water isuue for 3 hours. They did not offer us anything extra for our inconvenience.
