The heater made a loud rattling noise, so loud it drowned out the TV. I asked for a,different room and the hotel clerk was very helpful and gave me an upgrade as well. That room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was a bit pricey but good. I enjoyed the island fusion/ Hawaiian style foods. The elevator was extremely slow, for a moment i thought i was stuck in it. The second elevator was out of service.

Clean spacious room with nice amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. Nice perks during stay, $25 dining credit and $20 breakfast credit on our weekend day stay. Weekdays they have continental breakfast but gave credit toward breakfast in Splash restaurant on the weekend . Good public spaces. Very nice marketplace for take away food as well as a few tables to eat there, lattes and smoothies, pastries, sandwiches. Two restaurants as well as a nice bar serving food. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Rates vary so book ahead.

For the price of the room, I was surprised to find that breakfast wasn’t included. I’ve stayed in many hotels—some even more expensive than this one—and all of them offered breakfast as part of the stay. I know it may seem like a small detail, but when you’re paying a premium, those amenities make a difference. Adding breakfast would really enhance the value and overall experience for guests.
Also, my husband and I wanted a drink from the bar but you had someone under age working in the restaurant and he couldn't serve us a drink. Maybe have someone who's 21 working too so we could order a drink.
