The staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel is outdated for the price . The bathroom upgrades are nice but no shelves in shower to put anything. Sad no bathtub but it was cool and modern. Carpets had a kind of dog shampoo smell that made the room smell funny. I knew it was a sold out night and the staff was so nice and got me a new fridge because someone had turned up and stuck it on freeze and it wasnt working. They also held my charger for me for a week that I forgot. The rooftop balcony was amazing. I loved that it was so close to t mobile park for my concert. The bed was stiff though and I could hear absolutely everything from other rooms and the street.
