Our stay was fabulous . The furnishings were comfortable and utilitarian and the decor was attractive. The bonus was the rooftop patio with a gorgeous view of Seattle over Lake Union. We will definitely stay here again:)

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I traveled for business and it was very close situated, So for me it was a decision maker when booking. Too bad that it is dated, otherwise it would have been a wonderful. Three things I found disappointing: - there is no safe in the room, which is an easy addition. Every hotel nowadays has one. - there is no smart TV. Again, easy to implement and available in any newer hotel. - the breakfast had same sweet potatoes every day. Could have added more choices. Last, the stuff is so and so. It depends on who you have the chance to interact. Some are very friendly and polite, while others simply indiferent. A plus is that it has a spacious enough indoor garage (for a fee). All in all I felt good and I'll definitely stay here again.

An amazing place. It has everything you could want in a hotel. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced compared to other stays. A huge thank you to Mr. Lodge at the front desk for booking a taxi for us; I will always be grateful to him. This hotel is very close to everything. It’s a great place to stay if you’re planning to take a cruise or head into the city.

The staff was amazing!! We had to check in a day early and they were able to upgrade our room and was able to keep it for the rest of our stay. I liked that they had a parking garage as well. The spaces are super tight so it might be difficult to park a larger vehicle like a van or large suv. But very convenient and worth the money. It’s about a $25-$30 uber to downtown Seattle.

The property was clean and well maintained and the service was phenomenal. They were friendly and quick to help whatever the situation called for. Parking was a bit tight in the garage but what can be done in Seattle to remedy that? Definitely not a city or garage for larger vehicles.
