"Ok, so we understood the room was going to be tiny. But the bathroom is not functional for 2 people or one person who might want to use the toilet after a shower. My wife tried to time things to shower after I shaved before going to bed before an early flight. Turned on the hand shower to have it spray in her face - due to a leak on the handle whilst the spray did not work either as well as just noticing an overhead RAIN SHOWER in a space that believe me, you would not notice or expect one. So that leaked and would not stop in our 2x2 feet bathroom. We were dying laughing at how ridiculous a concept this was!! The floor was completely soaked. Of course everything was wet and slippery. The honest review is for anyone staying here to bring flip flops. We, however, will never stay here again! Staff - this is a do it yourself place. Only Upside - 20% off at nearby pub. Made it tolerable…;p"

"For most visitors this is a one night stay hotel for the airport for early morning flights. Despite being a good Ibis its neighbours offer similiar or above standard offerings at a cheaper price. The room is small but clean and well furnished. The shower is warm but contains a 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/body. The bed is large but hard. The room is also never entirely dark due to the corridor light always being on and the fire alarm flashing brightly. This is a 24/7 hotel so noise is expected all night. You can expect to hear your upstairs neighbour. "

"I decided to stay at the Leonardo Hotel so that I would be at Heathrow airport ready and fresh for my flight the following day. The price of the hotel room was reasonable (£81 for the night), and I pre-booked a King room. The entrance to the hotel is actually around the back of the hotel which is situated on the main road where most of the hotels are located. I have to say, it does seem a bit shady when you are walking around the back of the building looking for the entrance, it is not very well lit. The reception was in good condition, the staff were very nice and helpful. And there is a large bar / restaurant area right there as you walk in. My room was on the third floor, the king bed is more of a queen size actually, but definitely big enough for one person comfortably (the pillows are pretty hard though). You have to wrestle with the air-conditioning a bit, it takes about 20 or 30 minutes to actually kick on, and it turns itself off during the night so I had to get up a few times to keep putting it on. The food and drinks options in the restaurant looked nice, expensive as you would expect for an airport hotel but from what I could see it looked reasonably good quality. Because my flight was delayed I had to pay a £30 late check out fee which would give me the room until 4 PM (they will give you till midday for free if you ask). considering the room itself was only £81 I thought the £30 late checkout fee was way too much. "The room was great. Very clean, quiet, and near the airport. My partner didn’t have a good experience with the bar (bartender gave the wrong drink, despite repeating the correct order several times), and then the bartender closed the bar nearly 30 minutes earlier than tha posted time, so the correct drink was never provided."

"Breakfast was quoted for 6 gbp on the phone (as a courtesy) the night before since we were part of a wedding group. However the price drastically changed to 25 gbp with a 20% discount on my enquirythe following day.. I was given 2 free drinks coupon but was it was good for soda or a beer. What a racket ;( "
