"This was the perfect house for our family. Great location, close to our relatives. Clean, well stocked with extra towels, bathroom toiletries & even some welcome snacks for our kids. Our kids did not want to leave the game bedroom set up for them. Easy access into the house, our own carport for our rental van. 1 thing we wish there was, was a washer & dryer. There are laundromats near by. We hope to stay here again next time we're in North Carolina!"

"We were a group of 16 mid-50s college friends on a Greensboro golf trip. We wanted one house for all of us and this fit the bill. Overall the place is great, but it’s beginning to show its age a bit from what I’m guessing is the wear and tear of many large groups. Definitely note the rules and quiet hours noted in the listing. This is a suburban neighborhood with actual families and full time residents. We had no issues but just take note. One suggestion to management would be to either use VRBO fully or use your own website. It was pretty wonky to have to use both for checking/out, communication, and other verifications. Long story short, we had a great stay."

"Catered to my every whim! We had two coffee makers, multiple pillows, a steamer/iron, and my personal favorite the rock icemaker that self cleans! We had 5 in our party as it was my daughter's graduation from Wake Forest. It was a bit far from the university, but it was a one story and my mom preferred to stay there. The garage was a wonderful addition! Who knew you could utilize this space as a focal point! It was great for watching the birds and getting a peak at the neighbors. All in all a perfect place in a quiet neighborhood. Oh, and the host is a doll."
