    "No lift to ease moving luggage up and down the hotel. The staff she is a bit rude during check-in. Asked her to show where the washroom is, she tried to explained but I did not understand. She finally left her office and showed me with a very bad attitude. The staff that took over the next day (African decant). She is nice and friendly. "
