Single-story family holiday home (94 m²) in the heart of Arcachon Bay, ideally located in Gujan-Mestras at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Quick car access to nearby towns: La Teste-de-Buch, Arcachon, Le Teich, and Biganos.
Gujan-Mestras train station is less than 5 minutes away. Arcachon is 10–15 minutes by car, Bordeaux about 40 minutes—perfect for exploring the region at your own pace. The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a picture window opening onto a terrace and wooden pergola.
The secure, enclosed garden has sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a barbecue—ideal for family meals outdoors. The location is perfect for discovering Arcachon Bay’s highlights: Dune of Pilat, oyster huts, bike paths, sandy beaches, and water sports like sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and surfing. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and multifunction food processor. The dining area seats up to 6 around a large table.
Sleeping arrangements: a children’s room with triple bed, games, books, and travel cot; one double room (160×200 cm) with storage; two double rooms (140×200 cm).
