Charming wooden house with a swimming pool on the coastal path

Welcome to our little haven of peace! <br>Serves 6.<br><br>Villa Tchanqué benefits from a privileged natural environment and a location that allows a complete discovery of the Arcachon Bay: the oyster ports on foot or by bike on the coastal path, the Teich ornythological reserve 10 minutes away by car, the seaside life of Arcachon, Le Mouleau and Pyla 9km away, the beaches of the ocean and its rollers, but also the discovery of the rich Bordeaux wine region!<br><br>The 80m2 villa is part of a residence of 8 houses, with direct access to the coastal path for magnificent walks. <br>The area is quiet and the neighbors are friends.<br><br>The house includes a common living area, living/dining room with an open kitchen. <br>This space is through and opens on each side onto a 20m2 terrace.<br>One of the terraces allows you to have lunch outside, the other is dedicated to moments of sharing, with a view of the pool and magnificent western light when the sun goes down...<br><br>The 350 m2 garden hosts a swimming pool (open from July to the beginning of September, unheated).<br>A chill area under the house is planned, with hammock, barbecue and small wooden sofa.<br><br>Watch out for young children with the stairs.<br><br>Animals are welcome, dog droppings will be carefully picked up and cats will not scratch on the new linen sofa and armchairs, we are counting on your vigilance!<br><br>You will be greeted by Michèle from the Conciergerie des Dunes on the day of your arrival and departure.<br>We do not provide household linen (sheets and towels): rental possible from Michèle.<br><br>Warning: no wifi!<br><br>On the ground floor:<br>Living-dining room open to the kitchen<br>1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and a small desk<br>1 bathroom with bathtub and double sink<br>1 dressing room<br>1 separate toilet.<br><br>Upstairs: <br>1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, 1 chest of drawers <br>1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190, 1 dresser<br>1 shower with sink <br>1 separate toilet.<br><br><br><br>
