It’s a shared bnb. You have your own private rooms and shared lounge area. Super clean and friendly! We had no issues at all! Would definitely stay again!

It’s a cozy place to stay if you want relax on a weekend. Jason is a great host and the property has everything in terms of living there. If you like to relax and a place to stay. This place is a must visit.

Definitely happy with the stay and will stay again

Clean, quiet, convenient are the easiest descriptions. I had never slept on a memory foam mattress before and while it was soft and comfortable, I am not the best fit for it due to my own issues. The only thing I would suggest improving is the parking. I drive a small truck (maverick) and the spots are a bit tight.

WORST STAY EVER

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This is not a hotel at all. This place is an old, rundown, smelly house where you share bathrooms with other guests. There are cameras all throughout the house which is uncomfortable as well. Makes sense though based on the neighborhood this place is in. Hotels.com & Expedia should be embarrassed for marketing this place as a hotel. We have used these platforms for dozens of stays and never run into an issue like this. Please save you and your family the time and money and book elsewhere. We were unable to get refunded and wasted $200 on this garbage place. My wife & I showed up and unloaded all our stuff, and then packed back up and left 20mins later. We were not going to sleep in this place so we booked elsewhere. The owner refused to issue a refund and LIED and told the company that we stayed for 4hrs. This guy is a real piece of work!
