"Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use.
