"Professional staff"

"We had a king ocean view on the 2nd floor. This is one of our favorite hotels to stay during off season, since the prices are lower. Hot breakfast is served daily 7-10. Also, omelette’s are made on request. There is full remodeling of all rooms, but construction crew was very focused and didn’t make noise during the night. The Gulf of America ocean water was warm and the sunny weather was in the 80’s. Beaches are cleaned every morning. Our hotel is on the beach and has a walkway to the largest beachbar, Clayton’s and Hilton next door. There is a small gift shop , Starbucks, bar, and restaurant, which is very convenient and has reasonable prices. The outdoor pool was refreshing and has a kids pool, but unfortunately, no hot tub jacuzzi! "

"Check in was fast, done on a screen, couple of details to enter then the key card was ready. Good lobby area and free coffee Room was clean and well equipped and comfy bed "

"The experience was a 5 Star experience. I'm now a member and will return again. The room was so lean and neat, ready. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, very accommodating. I conveyed this to the House manager prior to leaving. I highly recommended. 😊"

"Overall my experience was pretty good - the partial ocean view was great. The only downside would be the parking fee and the resort fee (which are apart from the price Expedia shows). The place is within walking distance to the beach - it's behind the pool - another great feature. The staff was also very nice. "

"The staff was so friendly and very helpful from beginning to end. The location was amazing it was right around the corner from Bourbon Street and a ton of restaurants and shopping. 10/10 definitely recommend and will be staying again!! "
