"The pool was good, and our room overlooked it. However, the room needs some renovation. The shower needs a door; it spills over to the floor every time, requiring multiple towels each morning. Some wallpaper was also coming loose at the bottom. The rooms are clean. The best part is the hotel's access to the beach and its walking distance to the boardwalk with many good restaurants. It's also great that the hotel provides 2 free breakfast buffets with the rooms."

"We had an amazing stay here. The staff is wonderful -- professional, courteous, helpful, & engaging. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Special shout out to Ms. Jean and Mr. Malcolm at the front desk., as well as Isiah at the concierge desk. The location is convenient to the major French Quarter sights & to excellent restaurants (Mr. Ed's is adjacent to the hotel & serves great meals). The rooms are comfortable and clean, & we were pleased with the security. The daily destination fee provides very nice and usable perks. This will definitely be a "go to" location for future New Orleans trips."
