"Every time we come down to Florida we make sure to stay at cypress palms. We used to stay at seralago until we saw how reasonable the prices for cypress were for such large rooms."

"Property was nice and room was excellent. From the Parking garage it is a pain to get to your room since it takes 3 elevators to get to your room and only on set of elevators was working, of course it was on the opposite side of the hotel as our room so you had to walk a long way. "
