"We had such an amazing experience. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property until the moment we left. Each and every staff member was polite, accommodating, professional and genuinely happy to assist. The customer service was impeccable. Everything was very clean, mini fridge was restocked daily, the buffet was my favorite place to eat, and the pool in the elite club was heated. Some mixed drinks were a little watered down, but nothing an extra shot couldn't fix. Overall, I am extremely happy with our experience, I will recommend riu to my friends and we'll be back! Rooms Clean & spacious. Walkability There's a pharmacy directly across the street, restaurants and shops are in walking distance. "
