"DO NOT STAY HERE!! Arrived at 8pm for check in after soccer tournament. First room smelled absolutely awful, burn marks all over bath tub. Requested a new room. Second room smelled better but upon inspection found roaches and short shaved hairs all in the bed, floor, on ac unit literally everywhere as well as burn marks all over the vanity and bathtub. Loose tobacco in every drawer from cigerettes being emptied out for god knows why. (Found emptied ciggerette shell in the drawer with it) The site is completely unnacceptable for kids to stay hallways reeked of Marijuana and cigarettes with very apparent prostitution going on. This place is literally a crackhouse. We requested a refund immediately and the front desk called the owner (i assume) and got it approved. She said it would take an hr or so. We packed up and traveled to a ramada about 35 min away and booked there for the night. 3 days later we still have not been refunded. The most digusting place i have ever been to, and we stay at hotels very frequently traveling for soccer. Other reviews on this site regarding the hotel are absolutely not true."

"Room was good for this price range. Things wrong... Room had a funny sweet smell that was not pleasant. Maybe from carpet that should be replaced. Notice a few long hairs on inside of shower curtain. The in-the-wall a/c would go off and on every 5 minutes which left the room warm for a few min and then cold for a few min. The continuous noise and off and on was nerve racking since ac unit is just about 5 feet from head of bed. Mattress was ok but probably about ready to need replacing. On the plus side, other than the weird smell and hairs on shower curtain room was clean and in good shape. Nice bathroom and shower/balthtub. . Free breakfast included Grits, eggs, bacon, waffles, blueberry pancakes, fresh fruit, fresh biscuits coffee and various juices were all great. Dining area was very large with peasant surroundings. Outside area was clean and building well maintained. Will give it another try in a few months and will ask for a room with a better air cond setup and something without the strange smell."

"Check in was not organized at all. Nit enough help at check in counter. No microwave in rooms unless you pay for one. Rooms could be cleaner. I will stay at another casino hotel next time. And I think the word resort is taken lightly because I have stayed on resorts that were worthy of saying it's a resort. And the service at restaurants were long waits for service. And when u dint have continental breakfast you should make sure I have in my room whats needed to make my own as a resort. At least a microwave."

"We had 2 rooms. Ground Floor room had roaches. Second floor room had bed bugs. Daughter woke up after second night with bites on her arms and legs. When we checked out the lady at the desk just gasped an SSI we are due for pesticide treatments. Won’t be going back there."

"The property is old and run down. The maintenance in the room was not done. Dirty floors, bed sheets had stains - bath room and sink area has someone else’s hair. You get what you paid for"
