The on-site restaurant is great, serving delicious meals, while the service throughout the hotel is top-notch—staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable. They even went above and beyond by arranging convenient rides to and from the airport. A wonderful stay overall!"

"We stayed in Pito Hotel of Hon Thom Island for 25-28dec. The hotel opened only for two months. All facilities were clean and new. It was great that we were offered free cable-car and free entry of Nature Park / Water Park every day. However, there was no store/restaurant open after 4pm. So we could only eat bread/cup-noodles for dinner. This is very ridiculous to visitors. The SunWorld should at least open one store and one restaurant near hotel area at evening time.
There were only two staff...

"Our villa was wonderful, large spacious room. The staff came twice to our villa to carry out housekeeping. The Royal Sands Koh Rong certainly has an eye for detail and think of everything a traveller needs. We are very glad we stayed here. Special mention to Kean and Sela who were amazingly welcoming and assisted with all our various queries. Sela booked us a car to pick us up from Sihanoukville pier to our hotel. The Royal Sands made our stay on Koh Rong perfect!"
