Beautiful condo located on the top floor. Unit is a non-smoking condo that is located across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access. Located 1 mile west of Hwy 59 and minutes to nearby restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, fishing, golf and more. This unit is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit and is not negotiable.

The complex is equipped with two elevators for your convenience, multiple grills, gazebo for picnics and a beautiful pool.

Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, 55" TV in living area, TVs in each bedroom, DVD for each TV, XBox360 in living area, books, movies, games and more. Up to 6 guests permitted - COA rules.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was equipped with an Xbox, smart tv’s, and blue-Ray players + cable. It was a very short walk to the beach and around many great restaurants. If I ever come to Gulf Shores again, I will for sure book here.

Our first trip to Gulf Shores and this was everything described! My mom, daughter and I came for her graduation trip and the condo was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and had dedicated access. The chairs and all the beach supplies were a huge blessing and made it nice to not have to haul or buy any of those items. If coming with small kids, I would recommend bringing a wagon, but for the three of us we easily hauled everything. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean and well kept.

The place was just like it is pictured. Nicely decorated and the setup was very comfortable. Location is what really sold us as you can walk across the street and have access straight to the beach!! And about a block away is a little convenience store where there is a quaint coffee shop on the 2nd floor. We would definitely stay here again. The host was able to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.

The listing was as described and fairly clean. Beach access is across a busy street with no crosswalk, which is typical of a lot of locations, but just giving a heads up to guests with little children. My family enjoyed our stay.

Using Vrbo and choosing this property helped make our family vacation so easy while traveling with kids can be... not so easy. This was our first beach trip, we traveled with a 7 and 2 year old. We prepared as much as we could for first-timers. From the bunk bed with an extra pull out, which was very helpful putting our minds to rest with 2 year old that is accustomed to crib life. To the beach chairs, cooler with wheels, and toys provided. Everything was clean, well organized, expectations/rules were clear, and I had no need to contact the property owner outside of the initial booking. We are truly grateful for the amazing memories made, time shared and for enjoying a worry-free vacation in this lovely home. We would 100% recommend and book again.

First, I'll say we loved the condo. It was conveniently located close to everything and had plenty of space. It definitely beat a hotel room. The only 2 things I would knock are the fire alarm low battery started beeping in the middle of the night. There were no replacement batteries in the unit. The other thing was the TV would not power on in the 2nd bedroom. Other than that, it was really nice. We would definitely stay here again without batting an eye.

We had the best time at our beach getaway! Our stay was exactly as described and we had no issues. Short walk to the beach, close to all the things and our host was easy to communicate with but thankfully we didn’t have to very much!
