Ready for a beach vacation without breaking the budget. Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, at Sea Breeze 305, condo that easily sleeps 5. Quaint property that is walking distance to several restaurants. A little over a mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, with shops, souvenirs, and several restaurants and The Hang Out. It has deeded beach access right across the street, a outdoor pool and gazebo area. There are picnic tables to enjoy with your guests or to make new friends in the center of the property.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen tv, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features bunk bed. Double on the bottom, twin on top, with a twin trundle, pull out. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination accessible from the hall.

Seating for 4 at the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen welcome you to hang out and share your beach stories of the day. The unit also has a stack washer / dryer for your convenience.

This property is well maintained. Location is family oriented with all the best Gulf Shores has to offer.
