Costa Verde - 6 Bedrooms Beach Front Home

Costa Verde is a large single family home located directly on the beach 3 miles west of Hwy 59. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the gulf front decks located on both levels. Large open living area is a delight with walls of windows that look out on those gulf waves. The very large kitchen is a dream! There also is a kitchen station on the second floor with microwave and small refrigerator. Icemaker at the bar in the den.

All bedrooms are large. There are two master bedrooms with private bath, each with whirlpool tubs and separate showers, and access to balcony. Two other bedrooms have queen beds, with two others double/single bunks all with attached baths.

Peaceful, with all the restaurants and activities close by!

Family vacation

The house had plenty of room and privacy for our group of 11. It had everything we needed and the beach was steps away. The owner responded back quickly and check in and out was easy. Loved it and would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We really enjoyed the property. The best feature is all the bathrooms. House is right on the beach and there are no high rises nearby so the beach was not crowded at all. We will definitely book again!

Spacious family stay

House was roomy, comfortable, and beautiful. Very well equipped for a large group. Having the beach right in the backyard was wonderful. Decks were so enjoyable to view the gorgeous scenery.

Fantastic vacation house

The location of the home is great, close to everything and walk out the door on to the beach. We have been to Gulf Shores many times and this home was the best one to date. More than enough room for everyone. Will be staying here again in the future.

Our family met for a reunion and had a wonderful time. Everything worked out very nicely and the beds slept good. You’re close enough to get to a Walmart or other stores that have supplies, yet you feel far enough away and secluded.

Awesome vacation rental!

The location of this property is fabulous! It was wonderful being just a few steps from the beach and waking up to that view every morning. We had more than enough room and the layout suited our family and friends perfectly! The property was clean and up to date, but our only complaint would be the lack of toilet paper and paper towels that were stocked for us. Other than that we had no complaints! We’d definitely stay here again.

2nd time at Costa Verde

We love this house. It is perfect for our friends and family during spring break. Location is ideal, beach access is fantastic, and house is exactly as described (except the exterior paint color). This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this house. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Retreat

The house is very functional and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you could need to prepare meals. Located on the beach, you’re just steps away from the gulf. The location is close enough to shopping areas to get groceries and venture out to enjoy the nightlife Gulf Shores has to offer but far enough away from the traffic and noise to feel somewhat secluded.

We had very loud neighbors and the decks were covered so we couldn't sunbath at the house. Enjoyed being close to the beach. We didn't have a ramp however our neighbor on the side of us allowed me to use theirs.

Family week at the Beach

This was a perfect home for our family to enjoy a beach week together. We had 8 adults, 2 teens, and 3 kids. We loved having access to the beach just outside the back door. We made good use of the fully equipped kitchen, making many of our meals at the house. We were able to easily have groceries delivered to our door. It was a quick drive to all the Gulf Shores restaurants and shops. The house was clean and comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets provided. Bring your own beach gear, or purchase at a local shop. Enjoy!

Perfect spot

If you’re considering Costa Verde book now! We will definitely stay here again. The home is spacious and clean. Well laid out for multiple couples to have privacy and space to gather. Proximity to the water and downtown couldn’t have been better for us. We really appreciated the courtesy toilet paper, paper towels and other nice touches to get us through the first evening before we got to the store. Also there were some pantry items that made life easier! There were a few beach chairs and body boards which were also nice. We had an amazing week thanks in large part to the comfort of our accommodations!

family vacation

Couldn't believe how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, etc our group loves to cook and had absolutely no problem cooking fabulous meals for 14 people in the kitchen. beds were comfortable, bathrooms well laid out, lots of hot water for showers or baths. and of course the beach and ocean were wonderful. I personally do not care for bench seating at tables, and backless bar stools, my back was hurting after 2 days from lack of support but otherwise i highly recommend.

Family vacation!

Pros: Was a wonderful destination for family get together. Beach very relaxing Well stocked kitchen and linens. Con: Difficulty contacting host, two different ones posted but don’t reply or may take days/weeks for reply. One time one got back to us. Ice maker at bar doesn’t work Light under microwave burned out and jetted tub shoots out black crud.

Great but with one issue

House was wonderful. Location is perfect. However when we arrived the house was not locked. The air conditioner upstairs was frozen up. We reached out to the maintenance guy who promptly called the A/C guys (on Labor Day). We also reached out to Melissa via a cell number she sent me. She never responded. Overall a great visit to the beach.

House was lovely. Public beach access connected though and Frat party next door all week - not fun.

We have stayed here before - the house itself is really lovely. It had been a coral color -the outside has been painted a neutral gray. The inside could use some updates - especially the carpet. The layout is really conducive for couples or extended family. There were 8 adults in our group - all couples and everyone had their own space. There were all of the kitchen supplies one could want/need. We made dinner every evening, had coffee in the morning and there as even a blender for margaritas. We went to bed with the door open on the bedroom patio to hear the ocean waves rolling in and out. We had two really nice days/evenings - and then a group of 20 fraternity guys showed up at the property next door- the decks are right next to each other - and they had three levels of them. Their music was blasting all day until 4 in the morning. That became all we could hear for the next three nights - and the sound of their constant shouting outbursts and expletives. We asked them politely multiple times to turn it down while we tried enjoy coffee in the AM and again in the wee hours when sleeping. Also, the public access is right next to the house and ends up connecting to the house path to the beach so that didn't feel so private either with everyone coming and going in the front "yard". A mixed bag for us. Due to the location and the neighbor issues we would probably not go back despite the beautiful sunrises/sets. Everyone deserves a good nights sleep on vacation.
