Newly renovated! Caribbean unit 401 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is waiting for you and your family to come and enjoy the beautiful beach vacation you've been dreaming of! It is dog friendly (one small dog, w/additional fee). This two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has queen beds in both master and guest rooms. The master suite features a large garden tub. The unit can accommodate up to 6 with the additional space of the sleeper sofa. Enjoy your beach front view right off the private balcony. With three TVs and WiFi you can keep up with all your entertainment needs. With a full kitchen, you will be able to cook your meals and eat in whenever you like. The Caribbean property location is prime for getting out and experiencing all that Gulf Shores has to offer in way of dining, shopping, family recreation, and more!

Aside from being beachfront with easy access to the beach, this complex provides amazing amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally), steam room, sauna, exercise room, and BBQ grills. You will also be provided with your own covered parking spot #401. There is an elevator or ease of entrance. Please, no smoking!

We had a perfect Thanksgiving at the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Bed was comfy. Didnt stop us from having a good time.

The Caribbean offered a quiet atmosphere for a 4 day weekend on the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. The property was impeccably clean and management was very responsive. A great ecperience.

Our specific condo could use some updates and maintenance as a door from the laundry closet was missing, there were some areas of patching on walls that was not painted and stood out, and what looked like to be possible mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom by the tub. While our overall stay was great, we just felt that these things should be maintained for all renters.

I would recommend that the owners invest in a larger TV set for the main living area. Older folks who enjoy the beach from the balcony but aren't able to actually go on to the beach would greatly enjoy a larger TV.Just small things would elevate the, "cozy Feel" of the place, such as a utensil holder in the kitchen rather than a glass with all of the plastic utensil it, new coasters, maybe some placemats for the table and / or counter, a full set of wine glasses, some serving pieces (Only a platter and a cracked bowl).

Not very comfortable. The queen size bed in master didn’t seem to be a queen... small and very firm. Does have a pad to try to help it out but very uncomfortable. Maybe if the weather was great and we wouldn’t have had to be inside much we would not have cared. We couldn’t remove our shoes because our socks and feet would turn black. I should have called but I really don’t like to complain and we kept our shoes on the whole time. Now we were able to have our dog with us so we just sucked it up because it is important for us to have her with us. Overall felt safe in the building ! I really enjoy the employees at bender realty and would use them again on the future.

If it rained, we came up to the covered parking garage for a few minutes until it passed. Very convenient! The folks at Bender...terrific. They made check-in and check-out super easy. Extremely friendly folks throughout the process. Special thanks go out to Betty. It was an easy walk to restaurants, The Hangout, etc. The parking situation for this unit could not be beaten. It had a covered parking spot right by the elevator. The pool was simple, but very nice, and we made use of the charcoal grills on-site. The layout of the condo was good, and the furniture was nice. The 32" television in the main living area is too small for a two-bedroom condo right on the beach. Didn't watch too much television because the beach is right there, but at night, it would be nice to watch a larger television. Nothing too big, but a 32" is too small in the main living area. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were sufficient. General cleanliness could have been better. I had to remind myself that it would be extremely difficult to keep such a place clean all the time if guests are using the beach and pool the way you'd hope they are. It's just not going to be perfect, and we were fine with that. I also know, too, that turnaround time between guest stays probably makes it difficult to give the attention to cleaning details that one would really like to give. That person is pressed for time. I would say, though, that when there are days when the unit is vacant, it would be good to get in there and do a deep cleaning. We tried to do as much as we could toward such on the front end of this stay (ceiling fans, baseboards, top of fridge, cabinet fronts, etc.), but I think if someone could get in there and try to scrub the grout and floors, it would help the unit a lot. Overall, I come back to location. You can't beat it!
