CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

We stayed for three weeks and it was great! The weather didn’t always cooperate but that’s life. This is our fourth stay in the Gulf Shores area. Watching dolphins and our beautiful Loons in a different surroundings was great! A great break from our Minnesota winters!!

The location is great and building is well maintained. The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the condo to others. The only complaint is the living room sofa, it was very very comfortable and had no support. It needs replacing.

We were really pleased with the condo. It was a great place to relax while Gulf Shores experienced a historic weather event (9” of snow on the beaches). It was clean and very comfortable. Our only negative experience was the pool that we were hoping to use was closed for maintenance the full time we were there. Others we talked to said it was closed almost the whole month of January with no one working on it.

Condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Needs new mattresses. One elevator was out of order the morning we checked out, so that left only one working which was a nightmare for everyone.

2 families (group of 7, with children from 2 to 16) came for spring break. AMAZING location, clean, well kept property. Easy to find, ample parking, great amenities! The pool is heated, but wasn't as warm as we had anticipated, but that was the only fault we could find. Would recommend and would book again!

The property is warm and welcoming, and close to local attractions. A car is handy to get around. This unit is very close to the beach with lovely beach decor. This unit is good for small groups, of 3-5 people.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this condo! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and at an amazing location. Tons of shopping and food in easy walking distance. Gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony and easy walk down. The management team was super responsive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Great experience. Loved the balcony. We had a great view and enough seating for all. We appreciated the beach umbrella's and chairs were included in the condo rental. Close to everything, no complaints will stay there again.

Everything was wonderful. Location / beach access / security We only had a couple of issues. The third bedroom had no closet storage and no fan. The patio door in the living room was so hard to slide we had to use the bedroom door when we wanted to access the patio. Thank you.

The Seawinds property is perfectly situated to the beach and the surrounding areas as well. It was pretty much perfect except for the pool which was a little too “merky waters” for me…BUMMER! (more chlorine please)…and if you are not a patient person this facility could be a bother due to the elevator or lack there of. However, if you don’t mind waiting for the elevator or taking the stairs…this was absolutely a great spot for a girls trip Mother’s Day weekend. I’d come back for sure.

Everything was exactly as described. The only drawback was parking space. We traveled in a full size SUV and the parking spaces in the garage are very small. The outside spaces are larger, but limited. However, construction vehicles fo storm repair were taking many of these space during our visit so normally it would have been much better.

Our room was absolutely amazing, with a view I can’t get over. Parking is tight at times but not a big enough issue I would complain about it. You do have to be patient for the elevators during busy times but the stairs are always a option if your in a hurry . In my opinion the quality of the room outweighed those two very minor issues. We will be back.

This condo worked perfectly for us. Great location right on the beach. Comfortable patio furniture to watch the sunrise and set. Super comfortable beds, plenty of towels. My only suggestions are a larger spatula for flipping pancakes and a can opener. Also the master bath has a bathtub with a shower head, but no way to turn the shower on. All showers were taken in the second bathroom. Not a problem for us, may be for others. Overall, great. I will look to book this again next year.
