If you forget anything, Seawind is only a couple of miles from the new Wal-Mart and another mile or so from the new Target, which is located next to Pelican Plaza. There is also a movie theatre in Pelican Plaza! Old Time Pottery, a huge Tanger Outlets Plaza and more shopping are available!

Seawind is a newer building, built in 2006. Oceanfront/Beachfront condo - gorgeous views! Come and relax!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It is beautiful and very spacious. It is a perfect location and we would definitely stay again. The condo was very clean and David was a great host and very easy to get in touch with. Beautiful gulf view and very large balcony. Would recommend!

From the time we booked until the time we left, it was nothing short of the perfect vacation! This condo seemed like home and the views from the HUGE balcony were breath. The owners were GREAT with communication and answering any questions we had! This is our new vacation spot!!!

The property was beautiful with an outstanding view! The location was perfect and very convenient, with plenty to do nearby. We had a wonderful stay overall! The only downside was that some of the listing photos could use updating - I initially thought the adults would have the oceanfront view, but it ended up going to the kids instead. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing. Also, the indoor/outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bit of a letdown for the kids. Otherwise, a great experience!

Overall wonderful stay; staff was great, host was wonderful, the quality of the cooking equipment was well thought out for larger groups, lots of towels was nice, the ice vending machine is a good touch, and the views were spectacular. We stay up and down the Gulf Coast, from Navarre to Gulf Shores and my wife said this was her favorite condo so far. Thank you for a wonderful place to make some memories with my family, and looking forward to staying with you again soon!

The property was very clean, and in a great location! Everytime we'd get on the elevator and say penthouse please, all we heard was "wow that must be nice and expensive" and jaws dropped when i said its cheaper than any other unit here! They even had large beachlongers

Excellant space, fantastic view and very clean. Only issues - rough surf but owner can't control that and ice maker was broke (part ordered but had come in - owner couldn't control that either). We were very pleased with everything.

Beautiful location. Nice roomy penthouse. However, description of/layout of rooms is not accurate. The master suite does not have a king size bed, the “children’s” bunk bed is in a room with sliding glass doors that have direct access to the balcony, and the only room with a king size bed is not the master suite nor a bedroom with balcony access but a bedroom at the other end of the condo with a window overlooking the entry door walkway.

Love this condo and will be back! After doing a lengthy search for the perfect place to have our family vacation I can happily say we were very satisfied. This condo was better equipped than any other condo we have ever stayed. From kitchen gadgets, linens, or even needed baby items (etc. highchair, pack and play) this condo didn't disappoint. Seriously, a massive balcony with a beautiful view no matter which direction you were looking. Awesome location within walking distance to the Hangout, Picnic Beach, and so much more! The only negative thing I can mention was the elevator which was primarily held up on Saturday afternoon when everyone was trying to get in! My family and I will definitely stay again. :)

The condo was beautiful, roomy and clean.Loved the big sectional in the living room with 2 recliners. Mattresses were very comfortable. The master bath is huge! Beautiful view but what else would you expect staying in the penthouse? Loved all the outdoor furniture. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean with so much more room than we imagined! We had a 15 month old with us so big bonus it had a high chair! Only annoying thing was the construction going on durning our stay and the kids splash pad area closed for 2 days but we know that’s not the owners fault.

We have loved this unit for a few years now and this one was no exception. The location, ease and setup/layout is amazing. We had some mechanical difficulties but the host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend
