"The room was clean. One key card work and the other didn't. Asked to fix it still same problem. It was manageable. The pool is not heated and it was very cold getting into it. Its one of the better stays I had stayed in Kalamazoo area. "

"Had plumbing issues the entire stay, toilet leaked all over floor, ceiling was leaking, tub backed up with black gross water…most people who worked front desk didn’t speak very good English along with anyone you called at corporate. Do not stay here."
