"I found that as soon as I reached the property the host was quite rude and did not take me into consideration. The room was not what you see in the advert. Let me re phrase this whole hotel is a shambles. I would rate it a 2.5 out of 5 and yet this is a 4. Something LOL. The bar staff are amazing very friendly. The English breakfast was really good too. This is an old peoples resort. Good luck with your travels "

"Fanatiskt utsikt om man hamnar i rätt lägenhet. Bra pool. Fin och stora lägenheter. Nära supermarket. 20 lira med buss till bodrum center som tar ca 15 min. Servicen var inte det bästa, fick påminna dem 3-4 gånger för att få lägenheten städat (städning görs på begäran)"

"The hotel has nice gardens the pool is nice but needs cleaning and the umbrellas were too small. The rooms were spacious and cozy but need updating are Cupboard was broken couldn’t open it no in room safe there was a safe at reception no tea or coffee in the room beds were ok shower was great! Nice hotel enjoyed are stay just needs updating. Good location would stay again. "

"This was suposed to be a romantic honey moon, as a 4 star hotel it was simplt a joke, good thing i could affort to get out of the hotel every day to do excortions otherwise it would be just sad...food was dry and old almost everyday, staff couldnt comunicate and the ones who could were allways right like when i asked for the orange juice to be available in the machine it took the staff 30 minues to refill the machine, and had to ask to 4 diferent staff as 3 of them didnt even bother to help juat...

"Jasmin Beach Resort was a wonderful hotel to rest and rejuvenate at! The food varies day from day which was nice. Close to town that you could either walk (but that hill can be a lot!) or catch a shuttle too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They treated us very well and, when needing to confirm the booking, they even got us a better room. Truly a great experience and would easily go again! "

"Quiet location, close to walking street areas. Cleanness of the room could be better, I found some broken glass pieces in the bathroom) The room and general condition needs renovation. Staff is friendly and kind. Good just for overnight. "

"The hotel has a lot of potential, it is big and on a nice place, but it is not well maintained.The value is way below the price. The staff is trying but you have to tell them what to do, to the small details, as they are not well trained. The room looked as if they stopped renovation before finishing and was not clean, neither the towels, sheets, etc. The wifi was not possible to use for more then one device. The breakfast was good though. In general, not a comfortable experience."
