location is very good and staffs are very friendly.

Convenience above all. This hotel is really convenient in terms of location. Literally a 1-minute walk from the subway station and several more from everything else.

Great location, great staff, clean hotel and appreciate the common area. Would book again. Perfect for family of 4. Check in was easy process. The staff was very helpful. Please note taxis and ride share will not be able to drop you off in front of hotel if you arrive after 2pm.. the roads are closed due to the day and night market crowd. We arrived at 10pm and our taxi dropped us off a block away from hotel, we were in the middle of night market crowd pulling luggage’s to hotel. Would recommend to arrive before 2pm. Hotel provides luggage storage.

Great location and clean property to stay in.

Pro - location close to trains to airports Cons - bathroom is the worst, no where you can put your toiletries and clean clothes. No divider between shower area and toilet so after shower, you need to come out to the room to dress yourself as the floor is all wet. Tap in vanity is those sensor type, a pain to use when you try to wash your face in the morning as water just stopped as soon as your hands moved away. Not that easy to access restaurants, most close around 8 pm so if yours is late flight it would be hard for you to find something decent to eat. It is the first time I go to Seoul so I chose somewhere close to the train line and it turned out thats the only useful features this hotel offers. Make sure you don't choose their special deal with the Korea pass and duty free vouchers as they are pretty useless "bonus" but you pay more to book this in the first place. Will stay elsewhere next time now I have some idea about Seoul.
