In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.

"The instructions about getting inside, parking, creating keys are not intuitive. Bathroom was attached to room to extent that there was privacy. No lock on bathroom door either. No separate light of bathroom."
