Close to the station, walkable, convenient

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable for one person. The towels were replaced each day.

Our family of four travelled to Munich during December. We had randomly chosen the hotel through expedia as it was close to the Christmas markets and the train station and the apartment was spacious enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children nicely. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the welcome drink voucher on our arrival. The room was right accross the main hotel lobby, it was clean and cleverly laid out and we had complimentary coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine as well as water and beer/soft drinks in the fridge. The neighbourhood is busy but quiet, there is a coffee/sandwich shop and a supermarket close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back!

Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

This hotel is not that close to the airport. I don't know how it can be called the aoirport hotel. The front desk is not that attentive. I like hotels that has 24/7 front desk operation. This hotel's front desk closes after 10:30pm, but even when it is open it is almost non existent. The room do not have a coffee machine or a kettle to make tea. I wish I had a kettle in the room. I also did not realize that I had to turn on the knob on the heater in the room. I slept in cold the first night, as there were no front desk to call and ask why the room was cold. I was not told (when I checked in) that I am myslf responsible to turn the heat on in the room.
