"We booked online and specifically chose non smoking room as I am traveling with my 18m old. We got to the property around 11p and staff stated only smoking rooms left. Room smelled horribly like an ash tray. Sheets and blankets have burn holes in them. Don’t think the floor was even vacuumed. Shampoo bottle was half empty. We showed up to breakfast around 8am and all that was there was cereal and muffins. Not even any fruit to take with us. Can’t speak to the pool as we didn’t use it. The lobby is nice and updated. "
