Location is great. It is very clean and has everything you need. However, the shower leaked so much it was difficult to keep up when 3 people needed to shower and toaster did not work. I contacted management and nothing was done. Overall it was good.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.

Room and hotel overall was very clean. Amenities were great, including breakfast in the morning. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, even extending our stay in our already assigned room when weather ruined our plans to leave Madrid. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway stops, etc.

Great hotel for the price. Very large room with sitting area separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door. A few minutes drive from the city center but getting back and forth by car was easy enough. Staff was helpful and professional.

O hotel é muito funcional! Tudo limpo e novo … mas, não gostei do Check in! Chato, ser tudo on Line! Muito frio e eu do lado de fora tentando entrar!!! Não chegou nada pelo WhatsApp ou e-mail sobre o nosso Check in! Deveria ter pelo menos uma ante-sala pra fazermos esses trâmites!! Não em pé no frio… ...
