"I had a lovely stay, enjoyed the spa and treatment room and the room service was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only let down was the robes in the rooms have security tags on and they had holes in and were very grubby which kind of put a dampener on the 4* experience."

"Beautiful place to stay and the apartment was very well equipped but the bed was not very comfortable.basically 2 singles pushed together and was a huge dip between mattresses. I would stay again but please change the mattresses."

"Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. When there was an issue with the room, was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Use of shared kitchen, which was also very clean, was useful. There was only one cloth for wiping counters and cleaning dishes so you might want to bring your own, and a scrubby ..."
