"Hotel was overall nice but cleanliness could improve. Found hair in the sheets and some crumbs on the carpet. The door handle was a little sticky. The room door was not very soundproof you can hear people closing doors early in the morning. Parking was easy and amenities are nice."

"We took the loft room for 4 people but it can sleep 6-7 people with 2 full beds in the loft and a bedroom downstairs. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. Walkable distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Building is old but functional. Room was well stocked with plates, cutlery and supplies. Will definitely stay again."

"Mostly clean room; it did have a funky smell every time we'd enter the room and was forced to open the window, but you get used to it after 20 min or so. Mountain view was slightly obstructed by construction at the neighbouring property, which is unfortunate, but the sound wasn't really an issue since we were usually out of there during their working hours."

"Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and an excellent location within easy reach of Canmore. Our rooms were extremely clean, as was the property as a whole. We also appreciated the dedicated outdoor barbecue area. The indoor parking is a particular bonus and would make this an especially attractive option for a return visit in winter. The pool was somewhat smaller than we had expected, and we felt that the hot tub would benefit from being designated adults-only. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay in a clean, well-maintained property in a beautiful setting."

"The property was located about 10 minutes from the city center of Canmore. Plenty of parking. There was a bus stop about 1 block from the property which we didn’t use but it was nice knowing it was there. We had a cab recommendation and the company was very responsive. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a cab. The cab service was Timber Trail and it’s locally owned. The property had clean washer and dryers. We would recommend this place to any friends visiting the beautiful area."
