Rooms are on small side but functional and clean. Bed was very comfortable and good shower. Rooms are super quiet and dark for sleeping. Very convenient for walking into the city centre and not far from station Breakfast bar is expensive so we passed and ate elsewhere.

Nui Fairy was in a great location in Haarlem and the staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was amazing. The place is eco friendly too!!

Cute hotel with great location to walk Haarlem. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flower parade came through Haarlem and floats parked for viewing next day. This was just few blocks from hotel. Fantastic restaurants close by.

Walking distance to Haarlem city center and St. Bavo chuch . Pleasant receptionists. Would rather have a chair than a huge beanie chair in the room. Rooms are bigger and nice.

All of the above. Sarah, Candelaria, Augustina, Marco, Jasper, Kate and MOJ what a big help they were. Always polite, offering suggestions, knowledgeable, available, and professional.The staff were amazing, hard working and so organized. The Haarlem location was so well run, the house keeping staff were helpful, I cannot wait to return! I cannot say enough about what a great week I had. Haarlem is a beautiful town, easy transportation, great shopping. Great french fry shop just down the street with such amazing fries, sauces and a friendly young man working there. “Brownie and Downie” a local restaurant with carry out across the street from the restaurant had such a great menu and the prices were reasonable. So many choices and the opening of Keukenhof gardens was unforgettable. Will miss it greatly!

Excellent stay because of EXCELLENT staff. Made us feel at home as soon as we walked in the door. Clean, quiet but still in the heart of the city. Will absolutely stay there again.

It was a great spot close to the train station and shoppings, places to eat. The layout of the room could be better and having no mini fridge made things a bit harder

Really nice hotel, very modern and comfortable. Wifi was good, bathroom was small but good, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was generally good but they only had boiled eggs and no other options for eggs.

Very reasonably priced for such a good hotel, rooms are sparce, bed, pillows, duvet very comfy, good hot powerful shower. Haarlem is a lovely area plenty of good cafes, restaurants on the doorstep of hotel. Private cab from schipol airport to hotel €73, uber from hotel back to airport €32.

Niu Dairy in Haarlem
Despite being located next to a Day Rave club this hotel was quiet. Comfortable beds, well appointed necessities for an overnight stay in Haarlem. Many options for breakfast.

All around great stay.
Excellent location -- not only for the Centrum/town centre but also the concert we were attending which was next door! Very cordial and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room with a good shower. (My only wish was a carpeted floor instead of wood laminate, which is cold in nature and to the touch!) Good breakfast options. A very pleasant experience I would gladly repeat.

Elevators impossible for blind people to use. Cupboards in rooms dangerous for blind people. Nowhere to hang bath towels. Bedside tables too small. Duvets too hot and no cooler option.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Only reason one star was lost is that the safe in my room was not functioning, and the safe was missing from my parents room. Would be nice if some dining options were available in the evenings.

Nice hotel
The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good size. Our main problem was that it was freezing. We were there in the beginning of August it was 15c. At night. We couldn't heat up the room. The desk clerk brought 1 single quilt for the 2 of us. The morning clerk said she would take care of it and only the third clerk the second eveing succeeded in turning up the hest. The breakfast was tasty. Nice choice of foods. I would recommend it.

Location is excellent--very near the center of old town (less than 10 minute walk), hotel was fairly quiet, air conditioning worked well, shower was hot with great water pressure. My only complaint relates to cleaning...it appeared that room had been hastily cleaned before my arrival and I felt like the daily upkeep was lacking. I would hope that cups would be replaced, bathroom wiped down, etc. when asking for a clean. Overall, recommend with that caveat....

We had a great stay in this hotel. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Was good value for money and you get what you pay for compared to other hotels in Amsterdam. All staff at reception very friendly. This was a great location for walking to the train station (10 mins) and to the centre of Haarlem (5 mins). Be aware: there are no additional amenities like kettle, coffee in the room but this was stated before so didn't bother us.

An ok and satisfactory hotel
The hotel was in a very convenient location and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable. So nothing to complain about but I was slightly disappointed as it seemed they had focussed more on the hotels design than its functioning. For example, the shower had excellent water flow but the base got very slippy when being used. It was very high temperatures outside so a fridge in the room would have been great. There were no small extras such as kettles either. In summary a satisfactory hotel but could be better.
