"The the doorman people are very rude. They asking you questions assuming you’re not a guest at Hotel blocking the door like it’s the president’s house. The rest of the staff are amazing"

"The apartment is bright and spotless, with a big balcony and easy access from the lobby. The location in Baka is perfect, near stores and restaurants. The primary bedroom is big, with an attached bathroom. There are 2 full bathrooms. Washer and dryer are new. There is a saferoom inside the apartment. Communicating with the host was fantastic. He responded immediately to any questions and he is a kind and patient man! I had the best time visiting Jerusalem, partly because of this lovely apartment."

"Overall the place was ok. It was very busy and lots of people in and out. It was very close to the old city- maybe 15 minutes walk. There are restaurants and all kinds of entertainment within a 10-15 walking distance. The parking garage is very small and can be very challenging to the not so experienced driver. I would suggest parking elsewhere if you can find some space."

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."
