"I've stayed in some very underwhelming places, and while this could be added to that list, it's also not nearly the worst. I didn't see evidence of bedbugs, mice, or mold - which is definitely a positive. However, the room we stayed in was run down, and not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was probably the cleanest part, which is not nothing. But dust, etc was visibly accumulating in the corners/edges of the carpet. The duvet didn't actually have a cover, it was just between two flat sheets, which was kind of strange. At least one of the pillows on the bed was the size of a throw pillow - not a bed/sleeping pillow. All that said, this place was cheaper - significantly! - than the alternative. Because I had an event in the area, it made sense. If there had been more options, I would probably have opted for one of those. But this was also fine, just not great."

"I payed to park my vehicle in the Comfort Inn parking lot from April 29th to May 4th, 2026. When I got back to my vehicle on May 4th, my vehicle had been struck on both sides. There is a dent on one side and pronounced scratch on the other. It appears my vehicle was involved in 2 separate fail to remain collisions while parked in the Comfort Inn parking lot. Also, the smoke detector in my room started scratching and flashing due to having a low battery at around 10:30 pm on April 29th. The front desk was able to quickly come replace the battery which I was grateful for, however, this should not have been an issue in the first place. Also, the shower was not very clean. Obvious mold between the tiles. The staff were friendly and the service quick, however, the rest of my experience was poor."

"We stayed for one night at the start of May 2026, we quite enjoyed our stay the lady working the front desk as we checked in was extremely welcoming and more then happy to answer all our silly questions. The building and room were very clean and organized, gym had a healthy variety of machines, and a water dispenser, however there was no pool which I remember seeing pictures of on the listing but was not mentioned in the amenities. The only issues with our room were that the window wouldn't fully it was stuck about 1-2 CMS open meaning there was alot of extra road noise from being beside hwy 400 and we could not find a remote for the tv anywhere in the room, we did not bring up either issue with the staff because they didn't personally bother us much and we didn't want to bug the staff late at night. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but there is conveniently a McDonald's in the parking lot as an additional option. Overall great hotel and a great value(atleast for when I stayed)"
