"Loved everything about this hotel from the lovely check in and check out girls to the buffet breakfast - perfect. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. You can enjoy 8 floors of shops and restaurants directly from the hotel. Highly recommend."

"This is a very good hotel. However, the reason for the 4 stars is due to how small the room is. The staff are very helpful with the room clean. "

"Comfy beds, and easy walk to Shinjuku Station to access all trains. Great bathroom setup. Easy luggage storage option. Pro-tip: have a Japanese craft gin in the lobby while doing a load of laundry mid trip! Difficult to find coming from station on arrival, but the neighborhood is super easy to navigate after you’re settled. It would likely be our home base on a future trip."

"Had connecting room great for family of 4. Great views and plenty of space. However, hotel is very expensive to eat at. Laundry facilities aren’t very good - takes many times to dry clothes. "

"Excellent location, although not as nice as the Blossom in Kumamoto or Kyoto. "

"The breakfast was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly. I requested late checkout and I guess there was a miscommunication or language barrier as my card was deactivated so had to go back through the process to get that redone. Overall great experience and will be back"
