Easy check but got a card for a free cocktail- while at the bar that was not true. Only applied to wine/beer. A little deceitful. Should have mentioned that on the card. The buffet was good for dinner, rooms a good size. A little noisy but they gave you earplugs.

Everything was quite good for the price. The only issue was that there was no access to bottled water or drinking water in the vicinity.

Termas de Papallacta
Excellent amenities in the room. They provided fresh water in a container. The hot springs were the most relaxing part of the trip. The hiking trail was absolutely beautiful. Hotel Rincon de Puembo, BW Signature Collection
There was a slight mix up at the airport regarding transportation to the hotel. The staff exceeded my expectations in making things better than was needed. They not only upgraded my room, they also insisted on giving me the taxi fare. I was happy with the room upgrade.
