Hacienda Vieja Holidays

The Hilton Garden Inn La Sabana offers clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location near the park. The room itself met expectations — spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Service was mixed during my stay. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were less responsive. I attempted to arrange a shuttle through Expedia messaging prior to arrival but never received a response, and ultimately had to take an Uber instead (which was fine, but communication would have been appreciated). Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable hotel, but more consistent responsiveness from staff would improve the experience.

The hotel room is very clean, good location. Employee very nice . The snacks on the top of refrigerator in the room are kind of confusing. They are next to the coffee bags, which we assume is free, there’s no sign of change for the snack bags. We thought they are free, ended up to pay $8 for a very small bag of peanuts. The guy went to the room checking if we used any items from the refrigerator didn’t speak English and didn’t told us that those small snack bags would be charged . It was embarrassing to tell front desk that we didn’t take any thing from the fridge and we should not be charged.

Amazing place, friendly services, and convenient location!

Room was kinda old and dingy, desperately needs renovation. Beds were nice and comfy, but bathroom was bad. Old vent ROARED when it came on. Asked for maintenance twice to come fix the clogged sink, didn't happen.

The facility was charming, service fantastic, and food was delicious. From the reservation on, the staff was responsive and very helpful.
