"Big room, clean, helpful staff and lots of facilities (the laundry room was quite useful for me). There’s even complimentary breakfast! Lots of useful places nearby as well (Safeway for supermarket shopping, In and Out, Subway, and many other places, along with bus stops)."

"It’s a Best Western. Clean and close to the way. I was pleasantly surprised. Room was big, clean, nice big, tv, desk, tons of plugs, big mirrors, iron, and it smelled so nice. Toiletries were good and seemed tamper proof. Not any hall noise, close to fast food, gas stations, sit down places, the freeway. Breakfast was good, tables were clean, and the employees were all smiling and friendly. Close to Levi Stadium, Great America Amusement Park the Great Mall, Top Golf, Whole Food, In-N-Out…"

"Overall great stay, friendly staff and located nicely for mountain View travel. They have a complementary sauna and spa along with workout center and pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for repair but it looked great along with a hot tub. The TV had controls for the lighting and temperature which was interesting. You could also control them physically. There is a lack of drawer space but had a closet and some shelving to put things on. Overall it was a wonderful stay."

"I don’t usually write bad reviews or reviews in general. The weird looks I received from the staff when I arrived weren’t an issue at all. However, I’d recommend you not book here if that bothers you. Even so, the bed was quite comfortable and clean. Keep in mind parking is $15 every night and breakfast is $18.90 per person. Other than that, everything was well until I saw a cockroach fall from the bathroom sink the morning of my check out. Who knows what else was going on in there that I wasn’t aware of."
