"My stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront was wonderful overall. As a mother traveling with teenagers, I appreciated how safe and comfortable we felt at the hotel. The location was also very convenient. The only issue was the air conditioning during our last two nights. It made a noise that woke me up in the middle of the night, so I would recommend having it checked. Aside from that, we had a wonderful experience!"

Only notes were that is was extremely hot in the room when we arrived, it was around 30°C, and the shower in our room was broken so we could only have a bath. Which was frustrating, but we made it work. Other then that we were very happy with our stay!"

"We stayed in a renovated room on the 18th floor with a city view. The room was exactly as shown. It was clean, spacious & completely met our needs. The staff was very accommodating with keeping our luggage stored prior to check in as we arrived quite a bit early. The location.. absolutely perfect. We were within walking distance to the waterfront, malls, restaurants, anything we needed with bike& scooter rentals a block away & if you enjoy a good walk we also walked to Stanley park from the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel especially on the renovated floors."
