"We’ve been to the house before and love the location of the house. We were close to beach and able to watch surfers, and Ching Young Village is close. The house has beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and surf boards. The only critique would be that they could use some new beach chairs. We still used the ones they had which are starting to show some wear and tear. There is no A/C, but ocean breeze and the ceiling fans worked well to keep us cool.
