"Our stay at Hotel Grandi was amazing! The staff were so kind. We were there for a birthday celebration and they made me feel at home! They treated me to some sweets and a beautifully written card. It was a very easy check in even thought it was busy. The hotel itself was clean! When the people came to clean they changed the sheets, changed the towels and did a thorough clean of the washroom! It was great service. The only thing we didn’t have was a microwave in the room, it only has a mini fridge. There were blackout curtains which was much appreciated with all the daylight! The spa was also an amazing amenity. It was so quiet and relaxing. Such a great add on in a hotel. I would absolutely return to this hotel! They also have coupon books at the front which really helped with certain costs of things!"
